Homemade 2 Ingredient Applesauce

This is a great simple & healthy snack or a baby food. Also, you can make this yourself if you want to substitute butter in some of your baking recipes!

It only takes 4 minutes to make, so it’s a quick recipe.

Prep Time: 3 minutes
Cook Time: 1 minutes

Ingredients:
2 medium apples, peeled and cored
1 tsp sugar (optional – don’t add if you want to make unsweetened applesauce, which is still naturally sweetened)
Splash of water

Here’s the 2 peeled & diced apples. It’ll be best if you dice them smaller.

I added 1 tsp of dark brown sugar. You don’t need to add it if you don’t have a big sweet tooth. Splash some water in, screw on the top & blend it all together!

Done! It’s a darker color because I used dark brown sugar.

I put some on top of my plain yogurt, which may sound weird but actually tasted really good!

Directions:
1. Wash & peel your two apples. Then cut them into small dices
2. Place the apples into your blender cup, top with 1 tsp sugar (optional) & add a splash of water
3. Blend for 10-15 seconds

Done!

Adding cinnamon will enhance the taste as well 🙂
