Acai Banana Protein Bowl

I LOVE ACAI & PITAYA BOWLS. I found these Acai Protein packs on sale at Sprouts so I knew I HAD to buy them! I also got a NutriNinja blender not too long ago so I’m able to blend more thick smoothies and ice which I’ve been loving!

Ingredients: 

  • 2 packets Sambazon Acai Performance Protein Packs
  • 1/2 pack Leap Smoothie Protein
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • Your choice of toppings – I added bananas, chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut shavings & figs.

Directions: 

  1. Run your 2 Acai packs under warm water. Break into pieces & place into blender.
  2. Add frozen bananas, Leap smoothie protein, almond milk & coconut water.
  3. Blend until smooth & top with more fresh fruit, seeds & nuts! 🙂
