Do you like bananas? Do you like simple & healthy recipes? Then this blender banana recipe is for you! It’s made with only 7 common ingredients & naturally sweetened. It can also be made vegan-friendly!
I like the real natural taste of banana. I don’t like artificial flavored banana foods (candy or ice cream). Ripened bananas are the perfect fruit to bake with! I don’t need to use as much sweetener and it helps keep the baked product moist (sorry if you hate that word :P). This recipe is super simple!!

Yield: 36 mini muffins or 18 standard sized muffins
- 3 extra-ripe bananas
- 1 3/4 cups raw oats
- 6 tbsp Natural Citizen Vegan Protein (WINNIESBALANCE for $10 off)
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup honey/maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Dash of cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- Blend together all 7 ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Pour them into greased muffin tins & bake for 20 minutes.
^ Seriously. It’s THAT easy. They taste amazing too.
