Easy Blender Banana Bread Muffins

IMG_7509

Do you like bananas? Do you like simple & healthy recipes? Then this blender banana recipe is for you! It’s made with only 7 common ingredients & naturally sweetened. It can also be made vegan-friendly!

I like the real natural taste of banana. I don’t like artificial flavored banana foods (candy or ice cream). Ripened bananas are the perfect fruit to bake with! I don’t need to use as much sweetener and it helps keep the baked product moist (sorry if you hate that word :P). This recipe is super simple!!

Sooo….what’re you waiting for? Let’s get BAKIN.

Yield: 36 mini muffins or 18 standard sized muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 extra-ripe bananas
  • 1 3/4 cups raw oats
  • 6 tbsp Natural Citizen Vegan Protein  (WINNIESBALANCE for $10 off)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup honey/maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  2. Blend together all 7 ingredients in a high speed blender.
  3. Pour them into greased muffin tins & bake for 20 minutes.

^ Seriously. It’s THAT easy. They taste amazing too.

If you want, try making it into bread and let me know how it turns out 🙂 I’ll be making this recipe into banana bread once I get through this batch of muffins!

  1. I use this to make the bread you shown on snapchat! But should I bake it for 20mins or more? Since it’s a bit too spongy. Many thx!!

  2. I used this recipe to make the bread you had shown on Instagram, should I bake it for 20 mins or more? Since it’s a bit too spongy or is it normal? Many thx!

  3. Sounds delicious! Unfortunately the protein powder mentioned in the recipe isn’t available in my country. Are there any other protein powders I can use to replace it? I have Hemp Seed protein powder, but that might make the muffins bitter…
