Many of have been asking for my cheesy tahini sauce recipe, so I want to share it since I’m obsessed! I love nutritional yeast and tahini. One day, I decided to mix together tahini and nutritional yeast along with 3 other ingredients and BAM, a new recipe was born. I’m seriously addicted to it now. I use it in everything!! I drizzle it on top of my soba noodles, protein, veggies & as a dip for my sweet potatoes. It’s good with all savory foods. Definitely a staple in my everyday diet 🙂
It’s only made with 5 ingredients too! What gets better? Easy, simple & healthy!
2 of the ingredients is salt and garlic powder.
-1/4 cup unsalted tahini (NOT tahini paste)
-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
-5/8-3/4 cup water (depending on how runny you want it)
-2 tsp garlic powder
-sprinkle sea salt (omit if tahini is already salted)
1. Mix everything together and refrigerate! After refrigerating, it’ll get thicker so you may need to add water to thin it out.
