I enjoy making my own dressings and sauces! It tastes extra fresh and it’s nice knowing exactly what goes into the food I eat. Foods from scratch are the best! I like having a sauce or dip on the side with my meals. I like dipping my roasted veggies and sweet potatoes into hummus or some sort of sauce! This recipe only has 8 ingredients. The creamy is from a whole fresh avocado. There’s a taste of cheese from the nutritional yeast. It’s vegan! Also, of course I had to add a kick of garlic. I love garlic!

Recipe Yields: 1 cup of dressing
1 medium avocado
3/4 cup cilantro
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup water
Squeeze of lemon juice
1. Add all ingredients in a blender/food processor. Blend until smooth!
