Mixed Berry and Chocolate Stuffed Whole Wheat Crepes

Chocolate stuffed crepes? Yes, sign me up please! These crepes are simple to make. You can even make them the night before to free up some of your morning. I prepare my foods ahead of time whenever it’s possible. 

These crepes are made with whole wheat flour, stuffed with melted chocolate (YES, you heard that right), topped with fresh berries, more chocolate chips and powdered sugar.

You might think.. so much sugar. Well, moderation and balance is key! I don’t have this everyday. I was craving crepes so I made it happen and you can too.

Chocolate Stuffed Whole Wheat Crepes with Mixed Berries

Whole wheat crepes stuffed with chocolate and topped with mixed berries, chocolate chips and powdered sugar!

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 scoop vital proteins vanilla coconut collagen optional
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 1-2 tsp powdered sugar


  1. Heat up a large pan 8" to medium heat. 

  2. Melt butter to coat the pan.

  3. To make 8โ€ crepes, use a 1/2cup measuring cup to pour in batter.

  4. Rotate pan to distribute evenly and cook for 30 seconds. Then flip to the other side to cook for another 10-15 seconds.

  5. Stuff with 1/4 cup of the melted chocolate chips and 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries. Top w/ more melted chocolate, fresh berries & powdered sugar!
