If you might have noticed, I also share many posts or tips about how to have a “balanced” diet…. which explains how Winniesbalance came to life! I’m not about living a life full of restrictions, “good” or “bad” foods, diet fads or having a diet mentality. I focus on how ALL FOODS FIT. I focus on intuitive eating and to promote that we should listen to our OWN bodies in terms of what it needs.
In addition, I love to share about my daily life and my faith! I love to cook, promote healthy balanced eating but I also love to share more about how God is working in my life. I’ve gone through multiple experiences in the past and I want to let others know they are not alone. I want others to know that there is a God who exists, who loves you! I hope that my little thoughts and words can help make little differences in lives.
