No-Bake Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Energy Bites
This was so simple. All in one bowl & no need for baking! Naturally sweetened, no mess, just efficient and quick! My favorite. It took only 10 minutes to put together, roll into balls and into the fridge!
Recipe Makes: 48 balls
1 cup oat flour (blend oats in your blender)
1/3 cup protein powder (optional)
1 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup nut butter (I used peanut butter)
Add blended oats, protein powder and hemp seeds into your bowl and mix together.
Add honey, nut butter of choice into the same bowl.
Mix everything together, roll them into balls.
Eat some, refrigerate the rest!
