These turkey meatballs are loaded with veggies, a perfect dish to make ahead of time for quick weeknight meals. They're delicious tossed into your favorite pasta dish!

Ingredients
16oz (1 lb)ground turkey
1egg
1/2cupbreadcrumbs
1cupraw veggieschopped
3-4clovesgarlicminced
1/2cupchopped basilcan sub 1 tbsp dried basil
1/4tspchili powder
1/4tspcumin
1tspsea salt
1/2tsppepper
1/2cupshredded cheese of choice
oil spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F and prepare a baking sheet with oil spray.
Place all ingredients into a bowl to mix together.
Roll into balls and place onto baking sheet, spraying extra oil spray on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes!
Notes
You can also substitute ground chicken or ground beef!
