Ingredients
1tbspsesame oil
8ozchicken breastcut into chunks
2cupsveggiesi used frozen asian medley
8ozlo mein noodles
Lo Mein Sauce
1tbspsesame oil
1/4cupcoconut aminos
2tsphoney
1tspginger powder
2clovesgarlicminced
Instructions
Prepare sauce and then leave to side.
Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain in cold water and toss in sesame oil, then leave to side.
Preheat a large wok with sesame oil and cook chicken with some salt and pepper to taste. Add in veggies when chicken is almost done cooking.
