Ingredients
3/4 cupcreamy peanut butter
1tbspmaple syrup
1tspvanilla extract
3tbsp coconut flour
3tbspshredded coconut
2tbspchia seeds
1 scoopcollagenoptional
small pinch of sea salt
Coconut Coating
3tbspshredded coconut
2tbspcoconut flour
1tbspcoconut sugar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients into a large bowl.
Roll into 9 balls and then roll into coconut coating.
Eat immediately to leave in the fridge for future snacks!

These energy bites can be left in the fridge for up to 5 days.
