Ingredients
2salmonfilets
olive oil for brushing
sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Teriyaki Sauce
2tablespoonslow sodium soy sauce
1tablespoonsesame oil
2tablespoonswater
2teaspoonshoney or light brown sugar
2garlic cloves, minced
2teaspoonscornstarch
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, sesame oil, honey/sugar, garlic and cornstarch.
In a square glass baking dish, drizzle olive oil at the bottom and add in salmon filets.
Pour teriyaki sauce over salmon and bake for 15-20 minutes depending on filet thickness. When done, use a spoon to pour marinade on the sides on top of salmon. Garnish with sesame seeds!
