Ingredients
1/2cuppumpkin puree
1/3cupalmond butter
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
1/4cupcoconut flour
1/4teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
1/2teaspoon ground cinnamon
1cupwhite chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, almond butter and maple syrup.
Add in coconut flour, pumpkin pie spice and ground cinnamon.
Form into squares or roll into balls to refrigerate for 30 minutes
Melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips and roll around to coat, then place into freezer for 30 minutes before serving! Leave extras in the fridge!
