Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Muffins

Combining muffins and biscuits into soft, fluffy and flaky biscuit muffins! These are delicious, so easy to make and a recipe that takes under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of biscuits 8 count
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoons cinnamon

Sweet Glaze

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare muffin tin with liners or spray.
  • In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Separate biscuits individually and toss each one in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
  • Press biscuits into each muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
  • While muffins are baking, add coconut oil, brown sugar, powdered sugar, almond milk and vanilla in a small saucepan. Stir until it just boils, then turn off heat. Drizzle over each muffin!
