Ingredients
1canof biscuits8 count
1/2cupbrown sugar
1tablespoonscinnamon
Sweet Glaze
1/4cupcoconut oilsoftened
1/2cupbrown sugar
1/4cuppowdered sugar
1tablespoon almond milk
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare muffin tin with liners or spray.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Separate biscuits individually and toss each one in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
Press biscuits into each muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
While muffins are baking, add coconut oil, brown sugar, powdered sugar, almond milk and vanilla in a small saucepan. Stir until it just boils, then turn off heat. Drizzle over each muffin!
