6-Ingredient Fluffy Waffles

Super fluffy waffles made with flour, egg, coconut sugar, coconut oil and almond milk. So easy to make, this will definitely be a staple for your everyday breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar*
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup almond milk**

Instructions

  • Preheat waffle maker.
  • Melt coconut oil (if not already melted).
  • Add coconut oil into a small bowl. Then add in the rest of the ingredients. Gently mix until just combined.
  • Spoon or pour into waffle maker. It should take about 2-3 minutes – depending on your waffle maker.
  • Top w/ desired toppings!
  • I added blueberries, bananas, strawberries, strawberry yogurt, creamy almond butter, bee pollen & shredded coconut.

Notes

*Can sub with regular white cane sugar.
**Any other nut milk or regular milk will also work.
