Peanut Butter Superfood Energy Bites
Delicious peanut butter energy bites with chia seeds and flaxmeal. Great for a pre or post-workout snack! You can make a batch ahead of time and leave them in your fridge for an easy grab!
Servings 20 energy bites
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or any other nut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxmeal
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Form into balls and place on a parchment paper sheet 1 inch apart.
Leave in the fridge for at least 20 minutes and enjoy!
