Peanut Butter Superfood Energy Bites

Delicious peanut butter energy bites with chia seeds and flaxmeal. Great for a pre or post-workout snack! You can make a batch ahead of time and leave them in your fridge for an easy grab!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or any other nut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxmeal

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Form into balls and place on a parchment paper sheet 1 inch apart.
  • Leave in the fridge for at least 20 minutes and enjoy!
