2-Minute Blueberry Banana Mug Cake

Servings 1 mug cake
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil melted
- splash of vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of sea salt
- small handful of blueberries
- toppings: shredded coconut, chocolate, more blueberries
In a small mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients.
Transfer to a mug or small ramekin. Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.
