Sesame Chicken Lo Mein

Lo Mein noodles tossed in a delicious sesame coconut aminos sauce. This is a recipe you can throw together in just 30 minutes. This is like an upgraded Chinese takeout meal!

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 8 oz chicken breast cut into chunks
  • 2 cups veggies i used frozen asian medley
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles

Lo Mein Sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced


  • Prepare sauce and then leave to side.
  • Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain in cold water and toss in sesame oil, then leave to side.
  • Preheat a large wok with sesame oil and cook chicken with some salt and pepper to taste. Add in veggies when chicken is almost done cooking.
  • Toss in lo mein noodles and sauce.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions!
