Sesame Soba Noodles

A simple and quick soba noodle dish ready in just 20 minutes! So delicious, comforting and healthy!

  • 4 oz soba noodles
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 1 whole bell pepper sliced

Honey Sesame Sauce

  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • more sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
  • cooked shrimp (optional)


  • In a small bowl, mix together the honey sesame sauce, then leave to side.
  • Cook soba noodles according to package instructions, drain, rinse in cold water and toss in honey sesame sauce with edamame and sliced bell peppers!
