Baked chicken tenders that are full with flavor and juiciness in every bite! These are great to prepare ahead of time and makes for a quick lunch or dinner meal!

  • 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 4 chicken tenders
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 425F. Prepare large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Add drizzles of oil on top of parchment paper, then add brown sugar, seasonings and spices onto pan.
  • Place chicken breasts on top and toss to coat. Bake for 13-15 minutes depending on thickness of chicken tenders.
