Juicy Oven-Baked Rosemary Paprika Chicken Tenders
Baked chicken tenders that are full with flavor and juiciness in every bite! These are great to prepare ahead of time and makes for a quick lunch or dinner meal!

- 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 4 chicken tenders
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 425F. Prepare large baking tray with parchment paper.
Add drizzles of oil on top of parchment paper, then add brown sugar, seasonings and spices onto pan.
Place chicken breasts on top and toss to coat. Bake for 13-15 minutes depending on thickness of chicken tenders.
