Gluten-Free Turkey Basil Burgers
Homemade turkey burgers that are packed with basil, garlic and fresh peppers! The kick of basil in this recipe will make you want seconds! Made without any breadcrumbs making these patties gluten-free but still tasty and delicious!
Servings 5 servings
- 1 lb ground turkey i used 93% lean
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh basil chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and use hands to mix well.
Form into 5 patties. Preheat skillet to medium heat with oil. Add patties and cook each side until golden and cooked throughout.
Serve with toasted burger buns, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and whatever burger fillings you'd like!
