Ingredients
3overripe bananasmashed
2large eggs
2tbspalmond milk
1/4cupmaple syrup
1/4cupalmond butter
1/2tspvanilla extract
1/2cupalmond flour
1/2cupcoconut flour
1/2tspcinnamon
1/2tspbaking soda
1tspbaking powder
1/4tspsea salt
2/3cupchocolate chipsmore for topping
Instructions
Preheat pan to 350F. Prepare 8x4 loaf pan with oil spray or line with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, mash 3 bananas with a fork. whisk in eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, almond butter and vanilla.
Add in almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
Transfer batter to loaf pan and smooth top with spatula. sprinkle more chocolate chips on top. bake loaf for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean!
