Matcha Mug Cake (Gluten-Free)
Matcha is a green tea powder packed with antioxidants! This cake is gluten-free and sweetened with a hint of maple syrup! Dusted with powdered sugar on top for some sweetness! No baking or cooking involved, just a whisk, microwavable bowl and microwave!
Servings 1 serving
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
Melt coconut oil in mug by microwaving for 15 seconds.
Add rest of ingredients in and whisk together. Microwave for 90 seconds.
Top with powdered sugar and dig in!
