Mint and Watermelon Salad (Perfect Summer Recipe!)
Refreshing and great for those hot summer days! All you need to do is chop up watermelon chunks and toss it with fresh mint + lemon juice! So simple with only 3 ingredients!
Servings 8 servings
- 6 cups cubed watermelon
- 3 tablespoons mint minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Cut up watermelon into cubes and place into a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together minced mint and lemon juice. Toss with watermelon.
Refrigerate until serving!
