Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 cups shredded green napa cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded red napa cabbage
  • 1 whole red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup loosely packed cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup wonton strips or chow mein noodles
  • 4 mandarin oranges peeled and separated
  • sesame seeds

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
