Ingredients
4ozrice noodles
2tablespoonschili oil
4clovesgarlicminced
2tablespoonssoy sauce
2tablespoonsblack vinegarcan sub white vinegar
1/2teaspoonred pepper flakesmore or less to taste
3tablespoonssesame or olive oil
Instructions
Prepare noodles in a pot of boiling water. Drain and place back into pot.
In a small bowl, mix together chili oil, garlic, soy sauce, black/rice vinegar and red pepper flakes. Leave to side.
Pour sauce into pot to toss with noodles.
Serve with sliced cucumbers on side. Garnish with desired toppings!
