Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles or macaroni elbows
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken stock
  • 4-5 slices thick cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed frozen veggies carrots, peas, corn, green beans
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • dash of sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat a pot of water to cook pasta based on package instructions. Drain and leave to side in a bowl.
  • Add pot back onto stovetop and add in stock, soy sauce, sesame oil and dash of sugar.
  • When stock is boiling, add in frozen veggies until simmering, then add in cooked ham and cooked noodles. Turn off heat and mix together. Serve warm!
