Ingredients
8ozegg noodles or macaroni elbows
4cupsvegetable or chicken stock
4-5 slicesthick cooked ham
1 1/2cupsmixed frozen veggiescarrots, peas, corn, green beans
1tablespoonlight soy sauce
1/2teaspoonsesame oil
dash of sugar
Instructions
Preheat a pot of water to cook pasta based on package instructions. Drain and leave to side in a bowl.
Add pot back onto stovetop and add in stock, soy sauce, sesame oil and dash of sugar.
When stock is boiling, add in frozen veggies until simmering, then add in cooked ham and cooked noodles. Turn off heat and mix together. Serve warm!
