Apple Oatmeal Pancakes (Soft + Nutritious for Toddlers)

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1large egg
1/2cupplain whole milk yogurt
1/2cupmilk
2/3cupflourall-purpose or oat flour
1/3cuprolled oats
3/4red applegrated
Optional Ingredients
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1tablespoonmelted butter or coconut oil
1teaspoonbaking powderoptional for babies under 1
Pinchof salt
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, yogurt, and milk until smooth.
Stir in the flour and oats to mix until fully combined.
Add any optional ingredients you are using, then mix gently.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease with butter or coconut oil.
Scoop small portions of batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook another 1 to 2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
