Ingredients
1-2slices of sourdough
1egg
3tbspmilkyour choice - regular or non-dairy
Cinnamonto taste

Instructions
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and cinnamon. Add in pouch if using!
Dip the sourdough slices into the mixture, making sure both sides are well coated.
Cook on a lightly greased pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
