Ingredients
1large egg
1cupflourwhole wheat or all-purpose
½cuprolled oatsor oat flour
1tspground cinnamon
1tspbaking powderoptional — makes it fluffier
½cupplain full-fat yogurt
¼cupmilkbreast milk, formula, or whole milk
1–2 ripe pearspeeled and finely chopped (or apples)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small square pan or loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, stir together flour, oats, cinnamon, and baking powder (if using).
Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the egg, yogurt, and milk until smooth.
Combine: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped pears (or apples). The batter should be thick but spreadable!
Pour into pan: Spread the batter evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is lightly golden.
Cool completely in the pan, then slice into baby-friendly strips or squares.
