Ingredients
3medium ripe bananasmashed
2cupsoatsblended into oat flour
2eggs
1/2cupmilkbreast milk, formula, or whole milk
1/2teaspoonbaking powderoptional
Dash of cinnamon
1tablespoonground flaxseed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Mash bananas until smooth in a large bowl.
Add eggs and milk. Whisk until fully combined.
Mix in oat flour, baking powder (if using), cinnamon, and flaxseed. Stir until the batter is evenly incorporated.
Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until the center is set and the edges lightly golden.
Allow to cool completely before slicing into long strips or bars for baby led weaning.
