Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups oats blended into oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk breast milk, formula, or whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder optional
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mash bananas until smooth in a large bowl.
  • Add eggs and milk. Whisk until fully combined.
  • Mix in oat flour, baking powder (if using), cinnamon, and flaxseed. Stir until the batter is evenly incorporated.
  • Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until the center is set and the edges lightly golden.
  • Allow to cool completely before slicing into long strips or bars for baby led weaning.
