A simple juicy & tender meatloaf recipe that's so delicious and works great as leftovers! All the ingredients for this are mixed into one bowl and baked! There's so much flavor in this single loaf with a tangy tomato glaze on top!

Ingredients
1 lbground beef90% lean
1largeegg
1yellowonionchopped
1/4cupketchup
1teaspoonworcestershire sauce
1/2cupunsweetened almond milk
2slicesstale whole wheat breadextra toast and crumbled
In the large mixing bowl, add add the other ingredients and mix well.
Transfer to a 9x5 greased or lined loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes.
While meatloaf is baking, mix together meatloaf sauce. When done baking, allow to cool for 10 minutes, transfer to a cooling rack to cool for 10 more minutes, then spread 1/2 of the meatloaf sauce on top. Save the rest for spreading on loaf when eating. Slice into 6 slices!
