Beef Gyudon (Japanese Rice Bowl)

This is a Japanese rice bowl with tender sweet and savory beef! The onions were sautéed and mixed with sliced beef, brown sugar, soy sauce, mirin and broth to simmer. I serve this over rice with a crispy fried egg! It's such a simple recipe, yet packed with flavor!
