Ingredients
12ozsliced shabu beef
1/2yellow onionsliced
2clovesgarlicminced
1cupcorn kernels
1large bowlday old rice
butter to top on tice
green onion garnish
Black Pepper Sauce
4tablespoonslight soy sauce
2tablespoonsoyster sauce
2tablespoonshoney
2tablespoonssesame oil
2teaspoonsground black pepper
4clovesgarlicminced
Instructions
Preheat pan to medium heat with oil. Add in onion to cook until translucent, then add in garlic.
Push onions to the side, then add more oil to pan to cook beef until nicely browned. Spread beef and onions evenly on pan, then add rice in the center.
Sprinkle fresh corn on top + green onions. If desired, add 1 tablespoons butter on top of rice.
