Ingredients
1egg
1/3cupplain whole milk yogurt
1/2cupmilk
1tablespoonmelted butter or neutral oil
3/4cupall purpose or whole wheat flour
1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powderoptional for more fluffiness
1/2cupblackberriescut smaller if needed
Instructions
Preheat the waffle iron.
In a medium bowl whisk together the egg, yogurt, milk and melted butter. Add in the flour and if using, baking powder.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and gently fold until combined. Fold in the blackberries.
Cook the batter in the waffle iron until lightly golden and cooked through.
Cool slightly and cut into strips or small pieces for babies and toddlers.
