Ingredients
1cupcottage cheese
2large eggs
1/2cupall purpose flour
1/4cupmilk
1/2bananamashed
1tspbaking powder

Instructions
Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. The batter should be thick but pourable. Allow batter to sit for 5 minutes before cooking - this helps it thicken.
Cook: Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease with butter or coconut oil.
Pour & Flip: Pour small pancake rounds onto the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
