Ingredients
1cupcottage cheese
2large eggs
1/2cupwhole wheat flour
1/4cupmilk
1tspbaking powder
1/4tspsalt
coconut oil, for cooking
Instructions
Blend – Add cottage cheese, eggs, flour, milk, baking powder and sea salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Cook – Heat a pan over medium heat, grease with butter or oil, and cook pancakes for about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Serve & Enjoy – Let them cool slightly before serving. Pair with fresh fruit, yogurt, or a drizzle of maple syrup!
