Ingredients
1/2lbground turkey
1/2cupsteamedfinely chopped broccoli
1egg
2tablespoonsall purpose flouroat flour, or finely ground rolled oats
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoondried thyme
Instructions
Steam the broccoli until very soft. Finely chop and gently squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, combine the turkey, broccoli, egg, flour or oats, garlic powder, and thyme. Mix well.
Form small, thin patties. Cook in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, until cooked through. Let cool before cutting into baby friendly pieces.
