Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup steamed finely chopped broccoli
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour oat flour, or finely ground rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  • Steam the broccoli until very soft. Finely chop and gently squeeze out excess water.
  • In a bowl, combine the turkey, broccoli, egg, flour or oats, garlic powder, and thyme. Mix well.
  • Form small, thin patties. Cook in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, until cooked through. Let cool before cutting into baby friendly pieces.
