Ingredients
1cupquick oats
1cupmilk
1egg
1/3cupplain whole milk yogurt
1/2cupfinely grated carrot
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1teaspoonbaking powderoptional
Instructions
Mix the oats and milk and let sit for five minutes to soften.
Stir in the egg, yogurt, and grated carrot. Add the cinnamon and baking powder and mix well.
