Ingredients
1/2cupcoconut oilmelted
2/3cupcane sugar
2eggs
1/2cupbrewed chai
1/3cupalmond milk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2 1/4cups oat flour
2teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonsea salt
1teaspoonground cardamom
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4teaspoonground nutmeg
1/4teaspoon ground cloves
Icing
1cuppowdered sugar
1tablespoon almond milk
1/2teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare loaf pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together melted coconut oil and cane sugar. Add in eggs, brewed chai tea, almond milk and vanilla.
Stir in oat flour, baking powder, salt, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Transfer to baking pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. While loaf is baking, prepare icing in a small bowl. Pour over loaf after allowing it to cool for at least 10 minutes and cut into 8 slices!
