Ingredients
1cupwhole rolled oats
2tablespoonchia seeds
Pinchsea salt
1 1/3cupmilk of choice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and store in a sealed jar. Leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning, add to a bowl & warm up for 30 seconds in the microwave if desired. You can also eat it cold! Add fresh fruit and nut/seed butter on top!
