Ingredients
3-4chicken thighscut into chunks
6red dates
6shiitake mushroomsrehydrated and sliced
2tablespoonsgoji berries
toppings: sesame seeds and sesame oil
Marinade
1tablespoonoyster sauce
1teaspoonlight soy sauce
1/2teaspoondark soy sauce
2teaspoonsshaoxing wine
1teaspoonbrown sugaroptional
1teaspoonsesame oil
2teaspoonscornstarch
Instructions
Add chicken and marinade ingredients into a bowl and marinate for at least 20 minutes, up to overnight.
Bring a pot of water to boil and prepare steamer rack.
Add chicken into a steamer safe plate, top with red dates, mushroom and goji berries. Steam for 10 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink! Sprinkle sesame seeds and sesame oil on top. Serve warm over rice!
