Easy 10-minute Tuna and Salmon Salad Open-Faced Sandwiches

Two simple and healthy sandwich recipes great for summer lunches and picnics! These take only 10 minutes to make and are so delicious!

Ingredients

Salmon Salad

  • 2 pouches salmon 6 oz total
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries/raisins
  • 1 tbsp crushed walnuts
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Tuna Salad

  • 2 pouches tuna 6 oz total
  • 1/2 mashed avocado
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare two medium bowls. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and add on top of bread to make sandwiches!
