Ingredients
2cupscauliflower floretssteamed until soft
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
½cupmilkor more for a thinner sauce
½teaspoongarlic powderadds a mild, yummy flavor
½teaspoononion powderoptional, but enhances taste
½teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonbutter
8ouncespastaelbow, shells, or any toddler-friendly shape
Instructions
Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a blender, combine cauliflower, shredded cheese, milk, butter and seasonings. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed for the right consistency.
Pour the creamy cauliflower cheese sauce over the pasta and mix well. Serve warm!
