Ingredients
2/3lbground pork
2green onionschopped
1tbspoyster sauce
1tspsoy sauce
1tspsugar
2tspminced gingeror ½–1 tsp ginger powder
1tspminced garlic
1tbspcooking wine
black pepperto taste
1/3cuplow-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
In a bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, black pepper, and chicken broth.
Mix until well combined and slightly sticky.
Lightly oil your cocottes or ramekins. Fill each about 1/3 full with the pork mixture and press into an even layer.
Place dumpling wrappers directly on top, slightly overlapping if needed. No need to wet the wrappers - they will soften naturally while steaming.
Place the cocottes or ramekins into a steamer. Steam over medium-high heat for 15–20 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked.
Let cool for a few minutes, then top with: chili oil, soy sauce, chopped green onions. Serve warm and enjoy.
