Ingredients
1/2lbground beef
1/2large grated carrot
1egg
2tablespoonsall purpose flour
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoondried thyme
Sea salt + black pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, grated carrot, egg, flour, garlic powder, thyme, and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper if using. Mix until fully combined.
