Ingredients
Main:
112-ozpackage of soft tofu
2eggs
1lbground porkcan sub ground beef or ground chicken
oil for cooking
Seasoning:
garlic powder or 4-5 cloves minced garlic
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoondark soy sauce
1/2tablespoonoyster sauce
1teaspoonsugar
white pepper
Optional toppings:
Green onions
Sesame seeds
Steamed rice for serving
Instructions
Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil. Add ground pork and garlic powder or minced garlic. Cook until browned.
Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Stir well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the mixture becomes glossy and flavorful. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add a little more oil. Add the silken tofu and gently break it up with a spatula.
Pour in the beaten eggs and cover with a lid. Let cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the eggs are almost fully set.
Add the cooked ground pork back on top and gently mix everything together.
Serve warm over rice and finish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
