Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flourplus about 1/4 cup extra for kneading
1cupwhole milk yogurtcan use any plain yogurt
2tspbaking powder
1/4tspsalt
1/4cupfresh or frozen blueberries
For brushing on top:
1eggwhisked
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add in yogurt and with your hands, mix into a dough. It should get sticky.
Transfer to a floured surface and knead until smooth, adding flour as needed.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Divide into 4 or 5, shape into bagels, and placed onto baking sheet.
Brush with egg, bake 18 to 22 minutes until golden.
