Lemon Tahini Sauce

Easy lemon tahini sauce that goes well with your grain bowls, salads or drizzled on top of meats!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy tahini
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Slowly add in water 1 tbsp at a time until the sauce can be drizzled from a spoon. Water amount will vary due to the different consistencies in tahini brands.
  • Add garlic powder and sea salt, stir well.
