Ingredients
1egg
1/2cupplain whole milk yogurt
1/2cupmilk
1tablespoonmelted butter or neutral oil
1cupflour
1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powderoptional, for extra fluffiness
1/2cupraspberries and blueberriescut smaller if needed
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, yogurt, milk, and melted butter (or oil) until smooth.
Add in the flour and baking powder (if using). Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Gently fold in the berries, making sure they are evenly distributed.
Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease if needed.
Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook according to your waffle maker instructions until golden and cooked through. Serve warm and enjoy!
